Central Library Update

Starting Monday March 3, the City of St. Catharines' underground parking garage at the Central Library will only be open during library hours and the underground garage book return will be permanently closed. Looking to return your materials after hours? We're excited to offer a new 24-hour return bin located on Carlisle Street.
