Historic Images of St. Catharines & Niagara
We are in the process of digitizing Historic Images of St. Catharines and Niagara.
A search will produce results from both the Local Names Index and the Historic Images of St. Catharines & Niagara database.
Local Names Index
The St. Catharines Public Library, in cooperation with the St. Catharines Standard, has created an online Local Names Index. This index contains notices for births, marriages, deaths, adoptions, anniversaries, and more. Records have been entered up to July 1928 and from July 2005 to present.
St. Catharines Standard
Following the sale of SunMedia/Postmedia newspapers to Torstar, this database no longer provides access to the St. Catharines Standard.
The Library is currently seeking alternatives. Please see PressReader for current issues of the Standard.!--Search archived articles published in the St. Catharines Standard from 1996 to the present. Please visit the second floor of the Central Library to view older articles on microfilm.
Note: This database is only available from within the St. Catharines Public Library.-->
