All public internet computers have Microsoft Office 2010 software installed, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Monochrome print-outs are .20 per page. Colour print-outs are .50 per page.

The St. Catharines Public Library offers free wireless Internet access to customers with wireless devices, such as laptop computers, netbooks and wifi-enabled smartphones. Access to internal library resources, such as printers, is not available. Wireless access is available at all library branches.
