The Sports and Leisure Collection returns to SCPL!
Goodbye winter and hello sunshine! The warmer weather can only mean one thing at SCPL – we’re relaunching the Sports and Leisure Collection to help you get outside this season. Whether you want to try a new sport or host a lawn game tournament with your friends and family, we’ve got the equipment you need to stay active this summer.

Did you know that trying out a new sport has both mental and physical benefits?
Improves cognitive function – A new sport challenges you to strategically think in ways you may not be used to. As a result, you can build new neural connections, improve reaction time, and sharpen your focus.
Muscle activation – Different sports target different muscle groups that may not get as much exercise in your day to day. Trying out a new sport, or rotating between a few different spots, can help cross-train across a few different muscles groups to support injury prevention and improve overall athleticism.
Social community – Kicking a soccer ball around a field or hitting a birdie back and forth is a great excuse to gather some friends and strengthen your social connections. Through sports, you can meet new friends, build community, and create a sense of belonging.
