SCPL's Board is composed of dedicated community members and City Councillors who are passionate about the future of SCPL. Acting as the governing body of SCPL, the Board provides strategic leadership, financial oversight, and policy direction to ensure our library remains a vibrant, inclusive, and innovative hub for all residents of St. Catharines.
If you'd like to speak before our Board, please submit a request to admin@myscpl.ca.
As per our By-Law 1, presenters will have a maximum of 10 minutes. Board members may ask questions after the presentation.
